Export templates and number fields format

Hi, congratulations for your wonderful piece of software!

Currently we're having some issues, which I'm not sure, are maybe bugs or maybe not. Operating version 1.9 and ext 1.5.

1. When try to export a formula field in export template, which appears as a whole number (590) in the list and entity view, appears as 590.0580000001 in the export template, no matter that it's set to have no decimal mark and set to 0 digits after it.(attached screenshot)

2. We use comma as decimal mark, but no matter that it's set in every field to be a comma, the system doesn't accept it and wants a dot instead. I'm almost certain that behavior was not present in version 1.8

Thank you for report about this issue. I have removed number format for xls export because numbers not exported correctly. But PDF export should use number format and I forgot about this. It will be fixed in 1.9.1 soon.
