All right, I understood. Emails have come, I have not seen where I wrote. If I understand correctly now and the time has come that the filter indicates a new one, does the referencing (if cron is correct) automatically?

Thank you for the answer, I have everything set. which mechanism sends the notification. I have set a date field for an appointment in the future. Then I have the setting 30 days before. How do I have to set the filter the notification is sent. I have attached screenshot.

Unfortunately, in Email Sending Rules I only find drop-down list field, no date field.

It is possible to import an update into a sub entity. Unfortunately, I can only do this on entity not on sub-entity. To illustrate, I have created a screenshot. I would appreciate an answer.
