I can clarify same problem. Some of our users which are running ruko on tablets cannot view .pdf attachments. Look like that problem is related to jquery plugin which is loading a file, fancybox? Its not supported in mobile view, it looks like its not responsive.

I found out that barcode button is only shown in mobile web view.
I cannot find where is rule for visibility of named button only on mobile.
Does somebody have any tip?

Sorry, i found it out. Problem solved.

I needed to change field setting and set it as heading in main entity.
