Sorting Global search
Hi Sergey By default, the entries in the search results are probably sorted by ID. It looks as if the oldest entries come first (ID ascending). It would be much more practical if the new ones came first, because you are more likely to be editing them. Would it be possible to make the default order d...

Add comment by change drop-down list
Hello all, I would like a comment to be displayed automatically when the status is changed. Because this is an important step. I have saved the status in a drop-down list. How can I do this? Is there a way to do this with an automated action, e.g. with PHP code? Or in other words, which PHP class do...

E-mail notification for automatic tasks when I am assigned myself
Hi Sergey If a task is created automatically where I am assigned myself, I do not receive a notification. I find this very unfortunate. Is there a way to ensure that the assigned persons are always informed when a task is created automatically? I think that this would be useful in any case. Or can t...

Re: Anchor positions do not work in web links
Dear Sergey, First I realised that it is not a bug, but a suggestion. Secondly, the word anchor is confusing in English. I mean when an anchor position is set in a link after the # sign (normally in Rukovoditel this only works for the info pages). As noted earlier, you can easily jump directly to in...

Re: Deactivate comments for certain values (e.g. status closed)
I have found a good solution. Of course, it would still be great if it was already pre-programmed. But this works too! Add this code to the item/record page. value = $('.form-group-{your-field-number} > td > div').html(); if(value == '{close_value}') { $('.entitly-listing-buttons-left').hide(); //hi...

Anchor positions do not work in web links
Hi Sergey, If I open a link with an anchor on a normal page, this does not work. However, if I have already opened the page and enter an anchor and reload the page, everything works. What could be the reason for this? Since the editor allows anchor positions, I think this is a bug. THANK YOU for the...

Deactivate comments for certain values (e.g. status closed)
Hi Sergey
It would be very helpful if comments could be automatically deactivated for certain values. This would help employees to avoid replying to tasks that have already been completed. They would then be forced to search for the current task and contribute there.
Kind regards
Christoph
