Here's one more comment for everyone reading along. If you receive an email confirmation and open it, the automatic internal notification is automatically deleted. Quite a good thing.

Under Rukoviditel 3.5.4, users are not notified of new comments if they have only activated internal notification.

The e-mail notification, on the other hand, works without any problems.

That would be really valuable. For example, I don't want to be able to set a ticket directly from the status "New" to "Closed", which works in many project management tools.
