Re: Calculations
Ok Thanks Sergey
I'll just add a note, telling users to make sure they reset a previous selection if they change their mind and select another.
Thanks for your help

Re: Calculations
Hi Sergey
I seem to have it working with several dropdown lists.
Is there a way for a drop down to automatically reset if another dropdown list is selected.
Everything works but if a user selects a different product without deselecting the previous one things dont work as they should.

Re: Calculations
Hi Sergey I'm not sure if that applies to this as all these calculations are within one entity. Plus I havent upgraded yet as no funds until I sell something. Using the new function that hides or shows fields, I've created the start of a order form that contains a large number of products and option...

Re: Calculations
I've taken a look at the page but can't really make any sense of it. Is the formula field used to display the total of an equation? When using a drop down field with multiple items, how do I display the number to be used in the calculation. For example should the options look like this Boots £25 Car...

Calculations
Calculations Hi Are the calulation functions only available from the extension or is it possible to set up simple calculations in the free version? I'm trying to work out how to do the following. I have a drop down field with several products listed as text with a price on the end. What I need to do...

Re: user access
Thanks Sergey Just one more thing. I started to create an entity called purchase orders, but I forget to create it as a sub entity of projects. Its quite a complicate entity so would be a nitmare to have to recreate it from scratch. But ideall this entity needs to be a sub entity of the main project...
