Hi Sergey That is what i thought, but with all field types marked as do not notify. Assigned users & approve field types both set disable notifications. Email rules set to send to admin, and one to the user either created by or assigned. email notifications set to yes with copy to sender yes old...

Hello is there a way yet to use just the new email sending rules and have no other system emails sent (old style) I have yet to have it work where old emails stop being sent so not quite sure how its supposed to be set up. The new signature can be deleted by a user
It makes sense for admin to delete it but if a customer signs to confirm something, they shouldn't really be able to delete the signature which shows they have agreed

ok Thanks Sergey I'll think of another way, either manually uploading an image to the subentity 1 or maybe using related entity

Sorry didnt explain very well, the images are not in parent entiy but seperate entity used to store product info products enity ....................... order page enity - product type 1 subentity the images and data is in the products entity using ajax the details get pulled into the product type 1 ...
