Hello I have a subenity and have just adjusted the listing layout as follows
When I check the listing in the customer view doesnt reflect this.

It does in report.

For the main entity the listing layout shows the same for both report and in the listing view.

I was using a mail account from main domain
I set up and email account through sub domain the application is installed in

Same issue

spoke to hosting again, mail acccounts seem ok, application is talking to server

but just not downloading any mail
