Is it possible in RK to create a field whose value is the number of existing records in another field? It sounds very simple, but I have not been able to make it work for me

Yes, I think could be that....
1- Create Sub-Tasks
2- Integrate Sub-Tasks into the Gantt
3- To improve Gantt appearance when printing

I agree with you that there is no reason to see in the same gantt several projects .... but what you do need to always see in a project are all the tasks / milestones and subtasks of it .... and as in Rukovoditel It is not possible to have subtasks, I plan to use each instance of RK for only one pro...

Is there a way to see in the same Gant diagram, an entity (ex: projects) and sub entities of that entity (ex: tasks), without having to do it in different Gant diagrams?? This is how most PM work and how Gantt are often used.....
