Is it possible to add the current year on the Prefix under the "value" options?

Hello, I got a question that I do not know if it is possible..... is there a way to add the current year before the auto increment when creating a project? i.e. when we create a new project it is given a project number 1000.... can we somehow make it to show it like this?.... 2021-1000... 2021-1001 ...
