That doesn't look like error message data; those look like SQL commands. Where are you going to retrieve your error logs? Does your webhost support cPanel? if so, check there, under "Error Logs".

Did you check your server's error log like I suggested? If there is a problem with the script it may turn up there.

Are there any error logs on your server that you can look at? Those may give some clues as to what is causing the issue. Sometimes, it could even be a browser issue. Have you updated your browser software lately and if so what are you using and what version? My install is running PHP 5.6.35.

Just out of curiosity, is there an advantage to using SMTP? I currently have it turned off and I receive emails from my system just fine. I haven't bothered to configure SMTP; I have a domain-based email account that is using Exchange Server.
