Re: import not possible to "assigned to"
I give up. I've never tried to post three images using my iPad before. Apparently it doesn't work very well. But I did outline steps 12 and three so at least they're in there once if not many times. Sorry about that.

Re: import not possible to "assigned to"
Once you have all of your data imported where you want, then pull up the entity list, my example is tasks. Then select the ones you want to assign to a certain individual, then click the button "with selected," then choose "update," and you should be allowed to assign those ticke...

Re: Ruko Won't Save Template Changes [RESOLVED]
Changing my PHP version to 7.3 cured the behavior where it would not save the updated information in the headers and footers of templates to export. Works as it should now. Let's hold our breath that this is a final fix! I took the domain off of Managd PHP versions and I'll just update when a new PH...

Re: Ruko Won't Save Template Changes [REOPENED]
This is the last error message in the log. The PHP version I am running is (Managed) 7.1. I can switch it to 7.3 and see if that fkxes it. [10-Feb-2020 14:56:07 America/Chicago] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'plugins/ext/classes/templates/export_templates.php' (include_path='/h...

Re: Ruko Won't Save Template Changes [REOPENED]
I'm going to talk to site ground about it, because I really do think it has something to do with the hosting environment. I haven't touched anything since I posted the other day and implemented your solution. So I know the app is not to blame. It's just very frustrating when web host change settings...

Re: Ruko Won't Save Template Changes [REOPENED]
It is misbehaving again; doing the same thing; not saving my template and reverting to an old version of itself. I have not fiddled with the setings; I have not messed with my hosting environment. Ugh. In IE, I can get away with printing it ONCE, and then it reverts back to showing just two headers ...

How to keep one client from seeing list of other clients?
I am trying to set up an approval form to be used by the Client assigned to this project. I am signed in as the client, but I can see all the other clients listed there as well. I want only the client who is logged in to be able to see only his project and no other clients? Where in the listing conf...

View/Display Question About Stages [RESOLVED]
I was hoping to get rid of the ID number that displays at the top of each individual stage (milestone). Here is a screenshot of the global list that forms the basis of the stages (milestones): ruko-global-list-stages.png But is there a way to suppress the ID number of each stage? I would prefer it b...

Re: Demos and showcases - How do you use Rukovoditel?
There are several templates that people are sharing but a number of them have not been updated in awhile. But one called Case Manager looks to be well thought out and you might get some ideas from that. I have one that is a project management system and rudimentary CRM but I am waiting to iron out s...
