Re: Moving a project from parent entity to child entity
Phases of a project should all be on the same level; they should all be tasks under a project. But you can also have subtasks. Just mark the first milestone or phase complete and move to the next. That's generally how a project management system works. Here is how I have mine set up. Is this what yo...

Re: Security for support and developement

If you want more assurances that the app or software will be around for years to come, then spend gobs of money on something like Monday, Dubsano, activeCollab, Basecamp, etc. The trade off is that you won't get the attention to ...

Re: Enhancing Security Login
The bigger threat, IMHO, comes from being hacked from within one's own hosting environment, which is especially prone to happen on shared hosting. So get into the habit, if you aren't already doing this, of backing up your database regularly. Ruko makes this a very easy thing to do so you have no ex...

Re: Templates to Export Logo Issue
Because I am intrigued by the other user's ability to generate an invoice from the data inside Ruko. if I can figure that out, and generate a nicely styled invoice from within this system, I can ditch Zoho Invoice! AND that would make you a fierce competitor against the likes of activeCollab and oth...

Re: Templates to Export Logo Issue
Sergey: Most users upload their business logos when they set up Ruko to begin with; I know I do. And that would be the same logo that I would use to generate an invoice (or any other document) from within Ruko. Might that route work to get logos into reports and what not? In other words, link the lo...

Re: Hosting recommendations
I recommend Siteground. It's great for both WordPress and Ruko. I do WP development for a living and have been quite pleased with Siteground as shared hosting goes. Just my two cents for the day. ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Working with Calendars
Maybe I just don't understand how this works, but i am having trouble using the calendar. There is nothing on them. I have one entity, proposals. That entity has several date fields. For example, the date the proposal ks due, the expiration date of the proposal (my proposals generally expire after 9...
