Configuration form Global list values Confirmation box

There is issue when you set 'Use Global List'. In confirmation box the value is not correct.
When values in configuration are manually entered the problem does not exist.

I think that this type of field needs some improvement. The value should be calculated by values from other fields just like @pepe showed in his example.

Apparently the changes were made in earlier versions. I compared (the plugin from TotalCommander helped a lot) files and corrected my file to match the original english.php

Do you have any tool for management or at least verification of translations?
I accidentally noticed that some changes were made in places other than section 2.6.
It's difficult to verify all items every time.
