Hi Sergey, I have tried all possible settings and combinations but it does not solve the problem. I would like to at least change the default email. I would like a simple email with just the text without HTML and the link to the comment. for example like this: Hello Customer, you have a new reply me...

Yes very strange,
I've done a lot of checking but there is nothing different from the other entities, yet it only happens in the "Assistance" entity, where it is necessary for the customer not to see that button.
How can I help with a workaround?

I followed the given procedure, but the author "created by" https://prnt.sc/1089izb, gets double emails.
