Yes very strange,
I've done a lot of checking but there is nothing different from the other entities, yet it only happens in the "Assistance" entity, where it is necessary for the customer not to see that button.
How can I help with a workaround?

User does not have permissions to edit, however the button comes out and I do not understand why.

Okay, I get it. Does this disable all notifications in all Entity?
I have to manually create for all Entity in this way? correct?

I did as you say (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/10a3ryd) but it doesn't work, whoever opens the ticket always gets double email...

I followed the given procedure, but the author "created by" https://prnt.sc/1089izb, gets double emails.
I have correctly disabled, but created by does not take instructions: https://prnt.sc/1089m54

how can I send notifications to "authors" (e.g. ticket submitters) only via "Extra - Email Sending Rules", excluding automatic notification?
I need to customize all emails.
