My web hosting provider for Rukovoditel has the installations via Softaculous, which I was able to update installations using their auto-installer (created the install folder on the domain), but I have not done any upgrade on installations that also have the Ext installed. My question, Will that sam...

Re: Public Form Submission to PDF
Only IP.
It would be a way of documenting where the form is being submitted from. It is something that is found stamped on other public online form submissions.

Re: Public Form Submission to PDF
So far, my forms are working great! Thank you for the help! I have the Date & Time and I have created a Random Value as the Waiver ID.
Is there a way to also capture the IP Address when a form is submitted?

Re: Public Form Submission to PDF
Thank you for setting up the Demo. I have been playing with it a little today. I was able to setup an Entity, dummy form, and an Export template, which all looks good. The system isn't generating any email when a new form is submitted. I am assuming that email is actually disabled so people aren't u...

Re: Public Form Submission to PDF
A Demo would really be great because I can at least see how everything is presented and the emails generated. What those generated emails look like. I could ultimately print the generated email to PDF, then store it back in the system as an attachment. It's just a number of extra steps per entry, bu...

Public Form Submission to PDF
I am looking to purchase and install the Extension for my installation to handle Liability Waivers that will be filled out by new members of my Gym. I am going to create a dedicated Entity for the submitted waivers. My question. When the new member fills out a Waiver and submits it, can I have it au...
