Which option provide comments edit even if it is not assigned to the same person.

Comment Edit Option is not appearing for a User group where job is not assigned to him but he would like to edit.

Access Rights as "View" with Create/Update not enabling the comment edit for a user who is not assigned for the ticket.

I have created Child Entity and Trying to get report for this. But the issue is this report is not visible in Menu.

Entity is like

In One Entity if user is assigning the task to another user and user is having only view assigned task access than after saving the record it is redirecting to this page"Access Forbidden".
