In an Automated Process if we use the "Run process after adding record" the process works ok

What I am wanting to do is update the changes to the structure but leave all the data in place.

I have the same problem. There is a place to change the date field syntax but it doesn't seem to work based on PHP codes. I have tried multiple ways to change the date to dd/mm/yyyy but with no luck.
I can't find any documentation on how to change this format and we need to local format
