Did You considered Docker image?
Just start any Docker capable OS in VM, and see https://hub.docker.com/r/filipmil/rukovoditel
It will create two containers (Web server and Database server) and Rukovoditel is up and running in a minute...

No luck with appending (insertText and insertHtml) but replacing works with setData method:try next

Dates do not work like that, no strings, no slashes and dashes... just UNIX time (number of seconds since 1970). So, to display dates in adequate format in application change date format of Rukovoditel application. Configuration -> Application -> Date Format To change date format in exact Date Field...

Sorry for the even later response.... :D Same problem in v3.0 There is one extra backslash in php code in the end of path (example c:\folder\\) so folder with no name is created in zip file. Same happens in backups... Is it possible to remove extra backslash or to include this info in documentation?...
