Sadly, I am still receiving an error. I backed up my 2.7.2 software folder and database, then downloaded the 2.8 BETA 2 file and extracted it into into the 2.7.2 folder. (I also did Ctrl/F5 to clear the cache). This is the error I am seeing when trying to update an exiting record or add a new one .....

Ah, OK! So you have to be careful when sharing/cloning applications from older versions onto newer versions of the software?

The new "row" feature in 2.8 is beautiful, making forms more compact and elegant! Two suggestions to make the feature even more flexible: 1. Be able to specify up to 6 or more fields in a row - not limit to 4. This will make better use of form space when working with many small-width field...

I installed 2.8.1 as a totally fresh install ... new software and new database. I then updated it to 2.8.2, by extracting the new files to overwrite the old. I then did a DB backup/clone of my 2.7.2 application, but after restoring the clone onto 2.8.2 and re-importing the data, I get this error whe...

The attached screen shots show a form and its corresponding item page. The sequence of the data fields do not match.
(The name prefix, name first, name middle and name last fields are obviously in a "row").

After working with the new "row" feature in forms, it would be nice to be able to specify up to 6 fields in a row ... not the current limit of 4. This will make better use of available form space when working with many small-width fields.
