Please update to 3.3.1 where some errors was fixed and check again. If still not working then please do more test. I have to have way how to reproduce issue. I can't fix something which I can't reproduce. Done! Updated to version 3.3.1 and the error persists. In the demo it is already in version 3....

Check field Created By. It has option to set off notification too. Also check email settings, probably option "Copy Sender?" is enabled. Try to set off it. Dear Sergey Thanks for the feedback. I disabled the notification option in the "created by" field and apparently it worked....
