When configuring the filters, I cannot apply them to the subtasks.

Check field Created By. It has option to set off notification too. Also check email settings, probably option "Copy Sender?" is enabled. Try to set off it. Dear Sergey Thanks for the feedback. I disabled the notification option in the "created by" field and apparently it worked....
