Why?
When adding tickets, sometimes it's necessary to give verbal instructions to workers, especially if there is a long list of things that need to be completed.

I checked and couldn't find anything.
Mod Security is off.
I even completely disabled firewall to test.
Same issue.

It occurs on both of the hosting companies we use.
We use both krystal.uk and a2hosting(us based).
