in sense of improving Ruko template section, did you (possibly) consider integration of a full reporting designer, such as iReport? With options such as: cross-entity query, design and mathematical operations inside report etc...this would solve many problems...

did you try to change access configuration to "view" instead of "view all actions with assigned" and keep the access actions?
I always use this configuration (view) and had no problems.
