I receive this error when I try to add a user that is not an Admin.

Update: If I take away the email configuration, then I can add a user.

I have Global Listing of items. I want the user to be able to select multiple items and then next to it enter the dollar amount. How do I accomplish this?

The Global Listing has all the various Debts. I think there's like 16 different types.
