Is there any way to integrate collabora online in same way than open office ?
Fyi, nextcloud is using collabora as well for nextcloud office. this would be great to integrate collabora office as well on rukovoditel tool ! same office server for both !

yes it's disable. As said, problem is that if we disable notifications, all notification are disabled. not only the default ones.

yes I followed documentation and problem is that "disable notification" does not only disable default ones. "disable notification" disable as well email sending rules.

yes I did that, but problem is that this custom mail mails defines as per Email Sending Rules are not sent anymore as well.

correction : same problem. if I desactivate notification, the custom mail I created from email sending rules is not going out at all.

I found the issue. I had to isable notification from user and created by field instead of general entity ticket configuration.
