I'm adding some button to add quickly extra information to tickets like credentials. the password field is Input Protected Field.
unfortunatly, the field is not present in field list when I try to add it to actions.
how can we fix it ? thx !

Hello Is there any way to display automatically the user IP in ticket when he creates it ? lot of times I receive ticket "my web is down" and I have to ask customer IP to investigate deeper. I can add a field to let him adding its IP, but this would be easier if IP would be directly record...

ok I found the issue.
In tickets entity there is no field "work hours" by default. I added a field in order to use it for display in table and in calculation. I was assigned to my second tab, so I re assigned it to main tab, and second tab is now hidden for customers. thx.

ok but I do not see any option to set up language for information page. So how can we configure access ?
