Hello
I added a tab with aditional fields only for admin and managers on ticket form.
all fields are hidden for customers
but I still have the tab, even if there is nothing to display for customers.
I do not see any permission / user control on form tabs. did I miss somthing here as well ?

"created by", "Date updated", "created by" are system fields. there is no option to manage access by role. I cannot find the way to show it on table for admin, but hiding it for customers (no need for them to see it) another option would be to disable the table view for...

I added a new field and configurated it.
quick additional question, is there any way to populate work hours automatically from timer in automation ?
idea would be add a "resolved" button which would feed work hours from timer automatically.

Application structure >> projects >> fields configuration >> Add new field (I suppose you previously added new field) >> type
maybe the translation in french is different or version is newer.
