I'm using mindmap report for task. this is really good, but I cannot find the way to filter by status.
Closed task are not really needed in such format.
could you please provide the way to add filter on it ?

the purpose of a merge process is to do not lose data. If you select various ticket, all the contents are moved to the main ticket which remains open. as said, any ticketing tool has this kind of option. you can see it in osticket, hesk , zendesk etc. for exemple. canceling a ticket or using status ...

when 2 tickets are opened for same thing, usually, in ticketing tools, we can "merge" them in order to keep only one, but keeping information from both.
we can select both, and the second one is "added" to first one. this way allow to keep both information in a single ticket.
