I added and configurated related task to ticket which is great. When I'm on ticket, I click on link button which open a modal with a drop down of tasks. But all tasks are displayed, even the closed ones. I added a filter, but this does not worlk. All task are still displayed in drop down. how can we...

ok thx a lot, I'll try to achieve something like that. Regarding the possibility to link a ticket to a task, is there any way to do that ?
