when we setup ticket as "waiting on client", when customer replies, if he does not add any status to discussion, the ticket remains "waiting on client"
how can we trigger automatically the ticket status to open when customer replies ?

Hello I noticed that when an admin is added to support team, he's receiving all notifications from any ticket, even if he's not assigned to the project related to the ticket. And if I remove the admin from support team, he's not receiving anymore notifications at all. how can we modify that to achie...

why are you using name and last name ? this is not usefull and some people does not want to give this information.
Plus this is not conform with GPRD, we should have an acceptance checkbox with link to privacy policy. How can we solve both issues ?

for me this does not work at all, even if I removed all reports from any menu. Just on dashbord, add a new ticket >> select the project >> and then nothing
