Yes, logged in as Admin. Using latest Chrome browser, cleared cache just in case. Still the same. Also tried on MS Edge browser to see if it is a browser issue. Same issue. Nothing comes up at the notifications area. Also, I was using reduced scale theme, switched to standard to try, still the same....
