Re: Process actions
Ready to donate if a solution can be achieved for this. This is not a request for a special need, it is an overall improvement for the benefit of the application. You add multiple actions with different filters and different forms and at the end you have one action which states "Run process aft...

Re: Process actions
Further to above, another important need rises when two actions, although for the same entity, need two different filters. Is there any way to correct this? An update to a record is an update whether it is done manually or via a process. The "Run process after records update" does not work...

Re: Process actions
I am aware of that but it does not fit the purpose. First one does not record on comments and the second one does. There will be other scenarios where this will be needed. Fact of the matter is, when you do an update via a process form, it is not regarded as an actual update by the "Run process...

Re: Process actions
I am not sure what you mean. You update a record with one process on a process form and want second process to perform an action on the same record with "Run process after records update". What is wrong with this logic? If you mean system will go into a loop, can you please give me an exam...

Option to choose updated fields only to appear on comments
Along with other purposes, comments are great to track history of your records. When you create a process with a long form with many input fields and opt to show entire process on the comments (which is by default), every time you make a change on the process form, even on one field, the entire proc...

Field type Random value
Is there any way to add an option to field type "Random value" to be unique? I know it is probably usually not necessary but a situation came up and we need to generate random numbers from 1 to 20 and they have to be unique as well. There may be other cases for the need. Thank you.

Process actions
I believe updates via process are not treated the same as manual updates. Here is what I mean. I have a process which should trigger when a field is updated with another process set as "Run process after record update". When I manually do that update, the process is triggered however when ...
