Hi, I would like to have the option to show or hide 'Automate Actions' button/s to the assigned user/s. Currently using filters, button can be shown or hidden to user groups and specific users, but not to the assigned user/s of entity, which can cause non-assigned users to make changes in the entity...

Well, it's really a bit diffuse ... I understand that it may not be interpreted as a bug or error as it is programmed, but you have to understand that this behavior causes certain users to be able to modify fields without having permissions nor are they assigned for this, (what is something worrying...

I have been doing some testing with the Automate Options filters (under which the process button will be displayed) and I think maybe it would be solved with Filters, but for this we would need to add a "Assigned User" option in select users drop down list...

No, assign user groups who have access to button works fine... Problem is the action that the button executes (Change ticket status) is only allowed to "ticket assigned users" in group. But nevertheless any other user of the same group can viev button and can press it, executing an action ...

Hi,
I followed the instructions exactly and when trying to import the ddbb vía phpmyadmin, it returns following error...
