We are working on a solution to this - our issue is being caused by date_diff function slowing everything down (dynamic update is switched off) we think we have found a solution and will send to Sergey once complete and tested

Best to use the function tool under extension as it makes this much easier

You could create a function or Mysql formula to check a task sub entity to count how many tasks there are that arent complete and when that hits 0 your function will tell you in the parent entity and that can trigger the auto status

Hi yes we have tried that and dont have too much loading on the dashboard and have separated reports out into group reports to make new / smaller dashboards.

Hard to understand from your description , something that may help * Auto Statuses stop checking when they find a correct match so the sort order is very important , usually you would put your most complex status (the one with the most filters at the top) then as the system works down the list in or...

We have the same issue with ours and we use some formulas but not alot and our system runs slow , we even tried to have developers look at it and come up with the suggestions , the only thing we could see from what I understand (not a developer) is that every record was being queried for every formu...
