Import function no chech for unique

The data set are imported even if a field is marked as unique and there are double entries inside this field.
It would be a nice feature if the import function could recognize the header line from the .xls file automatically as field names. With tables with many fields it is very work intensive to connect fields and columns from the .xls file.

Yes, at the moment Import function did not check unique fields. I have added in plan to check unique fields.
