Error after install and login

Hello.

I am trying to update from 2.1 to 2.2 beta 2 but am getting the following error when I login..

Database Error: 1146 - Table 'njfgroup_child.app_access_rules_fields' doesn't exist
Query: select * from app_access_rules_fields
Page: /index.php?module=users/login&action=logoff

This is not my main site that I use the program but my testing site and before I update in my regular site, I would like to know if this is a problem etc because it might do the same.

Also I did a clean install and then restored a backup by .sql and .zip and stillgetting the same error. Also I restored backup using phpmyadmin... same error
