Version 2.2.1:
When changing Configuration / Application / Date/Time Format to "Y-M-d H:i", a space gets inserted in front of three letter month into the Date/Time display "2018- Jun-18 22:57" in the Users info box.

Well, this is how php formatted data. Looks like it returns month name with space. It can't be fixed because there is no option to configure it and we can't auto remove space because spaces can use in format. So use different format.
