Attach attachment does not work

it is getting more and more curious, emails that are sent to an email-address at the provider where the website is hosted arrive but without attachments. E-mail addresses that go to external providers do not arrive at all.

I will continue testing and hope to find a solution this weekend.

Addendum: after activating SMTP, external hosts also receive e-mails without attachments. So again from the beginning.

I was able to reproduce the error, if I activated "send via cron", the attachments are not sent, if I deactivate it the attachments are sent.

Yes, I have found this issue. I can't provide fix now because it's required database changes. So now don't use cron. I will provide fix once I start working on 2.8 version.
