Hi Sergey,
We are getting an export issue again trying to export records from an entity with about 20000 records , sometimes we can select them all but after that it will log us out and return to the login screen leaving us unable to export , is this a time out issue ?

yes, try to export in csv or txt

Thanks that fixed the CSZ export but xls still crashes after a while

csv and txt export is direct output and it needs less server resources. To export in xls we have to convert data to xls file and it needs more server resources.
