calendar date/time format

Hi,
I'm using 2.6.1 and I've noticed an error has started to creep in to my dates on the calendar-picker. In the Application Configuration I've set the date and time format to be d-m-Y H:i.

In the Calendar-picker in my entities I've set the format to be d/m/Y

When I select a date from the Calendar-picker it gets re-formatted to be YY-m-d

Any idea where I might be going wrong?

Thanks for the response. I wonder if you could explain more about what you mean when you say:

Date format in input field is not controlled.

The Date_Added and Date_Created have the right format. It's the other date and time pickers that seem to ignore whatever format I put it - see below

but the resuting output is:

You can't control date format in input field.
