add in empty drop-down list when add children record

Hello Sergey,

I am not sure if it is a bug or a missunderstanding.
I have a table PROJECT (parent) link with A table QFQ (child) via a Project number (value from parent entity)
When I was adding an RFQ (child) directing from the menu the add in drop-down list is empty (none)
When I was adding RFQ (child) via Project (parent) it is ok.

Please advice
