MySQL calculation or JS update

Is there a way to force a Mysql formula or JS formula to update accross multiple records ? using with selected ? this has worked in previous versions where we make an update with selected and the system recalculates the mysql formula ?

mysql query field type recalculate values.

Yes thats what I thought but they arent , they are only recalculating when I open the record ?

There is option to dynamic calculation so it will be calculate once you open item. If static, then calculation will be once you update item.

Yes we have it on dynamic and it is still not updating, even when we bulk update fields across items

In formula there is no option to perform dynamically the dynamic option is only in query field
