cost accounting

Post by brave »

I can't find a right start, so I'll ask here once, maybe someone can help me.

We have different budget centers (cost centers) that are set anew every year 2018, 2019, 2020 etc.
Each year has 10 cost centers, through which projects are billed.

2020
Position 2 - budget € 10,000 - current budget € 7,860
Position 2 - budget € 15,000 - current budget € 13,720
Position 3 - budget € 5,000 - current budget € 3,800
Position 4 - budget € 15,000 - current budget € 10,900
Position 5 etc.

Jan 2020
J-Project 1 blocked costs 590 € blocked on position 1
billed 490 €
j project 2 blocked costs 1280 € blocked on position 2
j-project 4 blocked costs 470 € blocked on position 4
billed 2450 €
j project 5 blocked costs 1650 € blocked on position 1

Feb 2020
a-project 1 blocked costs 1740 blocked on position 4
A project 2 blocked costs 580 € blocked on position 3
a-project 4 blocked costs 370 € blocked on position 3
a-project 5 blocked costs 250 € blocked on position 3

Mar 2020
etc.

Project J-Project 1
Field1 blocked sum 590 €
Field2 billed sum 490 €

Project a-project 2
Field1 blocked amount of € 580
Field2 billed sum - €

Position 1 - 4
Feld11 - budget € 15,000
Field12 - cost center number 561156151

Now I would like to know what the current budget for each position is.

Position 1 currently € 7,860 - blocked sum € 1,650 - billed € 490
Position 2 currently € 13,720 - blocked amount € 1280 - billed - €
Position 3 currently € 3800 - blocked sum 1650 € - billed - €
Position 4 currently € 10,810 - blocked sum € 1,740 - billed € 2,450
I can't get the blocked and billed sums to be assigned to the specific budget and calculated.

look forward to your answer and apologize for my bad english

Hi hard to follow - but I would put all of your budget items in a sub entity and either by date or item flag / status tag them as current year then using functions in the extension add them then bring into the parent using a mysql formula field or use item pivot table in the extension to show the data

Hi,
Just my two cents idea, I will use separate entity between project and budget and connected by mySql query for every absorption by project. And you can put item display or use pivote item, it will be more compact
