In this instance of RK we have several entities that are different but are related to each other (Companies <--> Tasks <--> Tickets <--> Activities) ..... we have had to do it like this because we have the possibility of that during a project (Update for example) the same Ticket or Task affects several Companies, but also for example, that some tasks or Activities are "exclusive" only to one Company..... This structure is working very well in this way for us and on the Companies list page we can see the Tasks, Tickets or Activities related to each Company vía Function .. (Its Perfect !!!) Now, we need to be able to "Filter" the number of records, for example only Tickets or Tasks with status "Open" (and not all related Tickets or Tasks).... How can we do this? Would it be possible to do it with a new MySQL field that could filter the number of related records from another entity?
If it is not possible and as suggestion: Could it be done by adding the filtering possibility in the Related Records file type creation form (See image) ??? ... We would be willing to make a good donation for this ...
