Hi Sergey,
Really need the following feature in 2.8 and happy to donate for it.
We need a feature to be added to record visibility functionality to be able to use a related item in the same way we do a global list.
For example: if we had selected a related item we could say users in a certain user field from the related item would be granted record visibility of the current record, also to then be able to use that field as a user field when creating emails.

Re: Records Visibility
1) Just as we can setup records visibility using a global list (it would be great to be able to use a global list that sits in a usergroups field too) we would like to be able to select a record from a related or another entity and select the field for the users that could have access / visibility to the first entity. like matching the global lists but using items from an entity instead.
2) the second one is we are storing data in another entity then using a mysql query to bring through an email address from another entity we need to be able to use that email address in email sending rules but it doesnt recognise the field type mysql query so cant be used.
