@ Turnkey with Lamp + Webmin should work in a pinch.
If you are planning on using it only for ruko it should work fine.

I wouldn't recommend this option for a person so new to managing servers though, in my opinion, but it should work fine if this is what you choose to use.

The plan is to set up a VM with only ruko!

Are there other options for LANP ready tu use except the
Turnkey with Lamp (https://www.turnkeylinux.org/lamp)

I also found this:
https://bitnami.com/stack/lamp/virtual-machine

What do you think would be the best for me as a newbie?

There is not enough information about you or your organization and where you are both trying to get to, to give a definitive answer. It sounds like you are mainly experimenting with server setups, as part of your education ... which is fine. Most Ruko installations operate in a typical LAMP environment, so just about any will work. In a shared-hosting environment, you typically have no say in what they are using, as that is all taken care of. If you intend doing your own hosting, obviously you will be responsible for keeping everything running and updated ... as well as adapting, administering and maintaining Ruko, per your organization's needs.

Did You considered Docker image?
Just start any Docker capable OS in VM, and see https://hub.docker.com/r/filipmil/rukovoditel
It will create two containers (Web server and Database server) and Rukovoditel is up and running in a minute...

Using Turnkey with Lamp and Webmin can serve as a quick solution in a pinch. However, it lacks an effortless method for adding subdomains, which requires manual modification of the hosts file.

If your intention is solely to run Ruko without the need for testing other applications or hosting additional websites, this setup should suffice.

It's worth noting that for someone new to server management, this option might not be the most beginner-friendly choice, in my opinion. Nonetheless, it can function effectively if you decide to proceed with it.
